The following Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between Enas Carroll Coaching (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) and You (“Client” or “You”). By enrolling in the membership program, You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any other policies or agreements referenced herein.

Program Description

The Company agrees to provide You with access to the Program, which includes educational resources, tools, and a community designed to support Your business goals. As part of the Program, You may receive access to:

• Online materials, such as templates, guides, and training modules.

• A private discussion group or community.

• Monthly group sessions or Q&A calls.

• Additional bonuses, as specified at the time of enrollment.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for the Program are non-refundable. By enrolling, You acknowledge and agree that You are purchasing a non-refundable membership.

Payment Terms

Fees

You agree to pay the fees associated with the Program as stated at the time of purchase. You may choose between monthly or annual payment plans.

Payment Authorization

You authorize the Company to charge Your credit or debit card automatically on a recurring basis, depending on Your selected payment plan, until You cancel Your subscription in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel Your membership at any time through the designated membership area or by emailing support@enas-coaching.com with at least 48 hours' notice before Your next billing cycle.

• Upon cancellation, access to the Program will terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

Intellectual Property

All content provided as part of the Program, including text, graphics, videos, and other resources, is the intellectual property of the Company. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this content for personal purposes only.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or share Program materials.

• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the Program content.

• Use any materials for commercial purposes beyond Your own business.

Any unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of Your access to the Program without a refund.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee any specific results from participation in the Program and disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Program.

• Errors or omissions in the Program content.

• Actions You take based on information provided in the Program.

Confidentiality

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by other Program participants and Company-provided materials. Any unauthorized sharing or reproduction of confidential materials is prohibited and may result in immediate termination of Your membership without a refund.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate Your access to the Program at its sole discretion if You violate these Terms of Service, disrupt the Program, or act in a way that harms the Company or other participants. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from Your participation in the Program or violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located nearest to the United Kingdom.
